Service is absolutely key to his Practice and his business Philosophy from day one was always put clients first, give longevity of advice and provide the best possible service available.
Marc looks to help clients manage, protect, preserve or grow their wealth through bespoke, face to face financial planning encompassing detailed cash flow modelling. This is all done with a tax focus in mind.
After studying at the University of Liverpool gaining her Bachelor of Science degree, Kate went on to complete her Masters in Critical and Major Incident Psychology. After a 5-year career as a Psychologist for the NHS, Kate decided she needed a new challenge.
She wanted to continue working with clients, building strong lasting relationships and help individuals and families achieve their goals which led her to transition into Wealth Management.
Before joining Norris Wealth Management as an adviser, Kate worked as a Practice Manager with a focus on client servicing. This allowed her to understand the holistic nature and the importance the role a financial adviser plays.
Sam has been advising clients on their personal finances since 2008, joining St. James’s Place in 2017 after working as an adviser at Santander. Having worked within some of the largest financial institutions in the UK in numerous different roles he has gained extensive experience which allows him to help and support clients with a range of bespoke solutions including retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, protection and investment management.
Financial Planning is required throughout your lifetime which can become very complex and often over-complicated. Sam simplifies this process by understanding his clients current position, then developing a strategy to help them to reach their goals & aspirations by utilising detailed cash flow modelling.
Ranya joined the Practice after working for the financial ombudsman service for 4 years. Ranya gained a wealth of experience working at the ombudsman including treating customers fairly, compliance/risk including cyber security and ensuring clients were serviced in the most appropriate manner.
Ranya will be working closely with clients to ensure you remained informed, updated and most importantly satisfied.
Giovanni has been working with St. James’s Place since 2015. His main duties include; Technical support and assisting the Advisers in problem-solving on a daily basis, researching bespoke technical solutions that meet client’s financial needs, managing of cash flow analysis, investments analysis, analytical reviews, as well as providing supporting evidence for consideration by clients. He strives to deliver a high quality level of client service that our clients greatly appreciate.
David joined the Practice in 2018 as a Paraplanner and Analyst. He has worked in the insurance industry for the last six years and has now decided to focus his knowledge and understanding of financial services on Paraplanning and technical advice. He will be focusing on Cashflow modelling systems, reports and as a technical specialist in the Practice.
Gopi has four years’ background in business development and sales, whilst also developing client relationships and building rapport through client servicing. She has a lot of experience dealing with clients and prides herself in delivering an impeccable, professional service to her clients.
Her Main duties within the Practice is to ensure everything is running smoothly, any administrative needs our clients may require, supporting the Practice partners and developing ongoing client servicing.
Christine joined the Practice in January 2016 after a career break to retrain as a psychologist. Christine joined to enhance the proposition we offer clients and will be assisting with any mortgage and financing needs moving forward.
Before joining the Practice, Julia worked for Santander for 15 years where she had extensive experience in mortgage processing as well as qualifying to give mortgage advice, Julia is fully CEMAP qualified. Her experience assists in helping our clients find the best deal tailored to their financial situation. We offer a comprehensive range of mortgages from across the market, which lenders make available to mortgage intermediaries. Julia’s service encompasses the initial research of available mortgage products for comparison purposes, applying for decisions in principle and submitting full mortgage applications on behalf of our clients. In addition, she provides full support from initial research to mortgage offer stage and ultimately through to completion as required. The aim is to make the whole process for our clients as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
